Colony Masters Swimming is all inclusive... we want all swimmers of all abilities and all ages to enjoy a workout, or lots of workouts with us! A colony is a community, and a hive is a home. We are a community of swimmers who range from social swimmers, beginners, long time and possibly past stars, to fitness and competitive swimmers. Anyone over 18 with any swimming ability is welcomed by COMB! Coach Megan leads fun and challenging 1-hour workouts Mondays & Wednesdays, (and some Friday evenings.) 7 PM at Bolton Park Pool

How to do it..
Call or email me, or just show up about 15 to 20 minutes early to fill out some simple paperwork. In the summer, we charge $40/ month for M & W 7 PM workouts at Bolton Park Pool. We always offer a week long trial with our group before you have to pay; and USMS covers your first month's USMS membership if you've never been a US Masters Swimmer before. https://www.usms.org/join-usms/join-or-renew
